💃 THE EDU-P READING CLUB ACHIEVERS 🌟
We are happy to share with you some of the stories written by our lovely pearls at the EDU-P Reading Club. Our pupils have worked in collaboration with their parents to write these stories and we are super proud of their work. Some of the stories submitted during our "story writing challenge" in April have been published below and a video of our "storytelling challenge" in May is also included. Stay tuned for more beautiful achievements by our pearls as the EDU-P SPELLING BEE holds next Saturday, 27th May.

Topic: The Wolf and the Sheep
Once upon a time, a wolf had gotten seriously hurt during a fight with a Bear. He couldn’t move, so he could not satisfy his thirst or hunger.
One day, a sheep passed by his hiding place, and so the wolf decided to call out to him. Please fetch me some water,” said the wolf. “That will give me some strength to get some solid food.”
“Solid food!” the sheep said, “that means me. If I bring you some water to drink, it would be to wash me down. Don’t speak to me about fetching a drink.” And the sheep walked away.
The End…..
The Moral
A person’s intentions are easily spotted if someone is paying attention.

There lived a girl called Olivia, she has a big brother called Leo and they both live with their mummy and daddy.
One day, it was so cloudy outside and Olivia wanted to play. Her big brother Leo tried to stop her from going because it was raining already. Olivia didn’t listen and went to play outside. She caught a cold after playing in the rain then Olivia’s mum took her to the hospital so she can feel better. Leo got so worried about his sister. There was a knock on the door, Leo asked “Who is it? Olivia answered “It’s me your sister” Leo was happy to see her. Olivia hugged her brother and promise to listen to him next time.

TITLE: THE LION AND THE MOUSE
Once upon a time, there was a mouse on a leaf near a lion. Then the mouse ran up the lion’s tail. The lion quickly woke up before it could hide. The mouse ran far very far. Then the lion slept. The next day, two hunters came to that same part of the forest. They wanted to catch the lion. They put a trap on the floor. Then they went back to their Camp. The next day, when the lion was walking in the Bush, his paw touched the trap and it pulled the lion up in the air. When the mouse heard the lion, he knew the lion was in trouble. He ran as fast as his legs could take him. The mouse ran up the trap. It nibbled and nibbled until the trap tore. The lion and the mouse fell to the ground. The next day the lion said I thought I am the king of the forest and that I will never need help from someone small as you. So they lived Happily ever after.
